Welcome to The Happy Braaier – the home of premium braai spices and proudly South African braai tools including the Flipee, our innovative braai pot and grid holder. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Product Use and Safety Disclaimer

While all our products meet local safety and quality standards, The Happy Braaier  takes no responsibility for any injuries, burns, illnesses, or other damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Improper handling of hot items using the braai pot or grid holder;

  • Allergic reactions or illness from consuming spices;

  • Failure to follow standard fire safety procedures when using braai equipment.

All use is at your own risk.

We urge customers to use our products responsibly and according to any instructions provided.

 

2. Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love our products, but if there’s a problem, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

2.1 Returns Due to Product Faults

  • If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly arrange a return and cover the courier costs.

  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photographs of the issue.

2.2 Returns for Change of Mind

  • If you’ve changed your mind or no longer want the product, we accept returns within 7 days of purchase, provided:

    • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

    • You cover the courier costs for the return.

2.3 Refunds

  • Full refunds will only be issued once we have received the returned product and confirmed that it meets the return conditions above.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 business days of return approval.

  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • All prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
